Yes, it is an old Evinrude power head and rotating assemble that was damaged beyond repair. I mounted the rods to the heads and had everything powder coated, still need a nice glass top.

Cool deal,, was talking to one of my friends who was thinking of something similar,, he has a very expensive crank that we decided could not be run in his turbo motor due to a crack. I spotted this one the other day on FB and sent it to him as inspiration,, yours is the first one I have seen from an outboard.

I have a bad block with a stock crank, rods, and pistons that the wife wants to make into a table for the basement. I told her I'll put that on the list with the 45 other projects (including redoing the SWTD) that need to be done.
