Thank you. Bittersweet for sure. So far I haven't been asked to give up my screen name, but if I am, have another in mind

So far the new people have been great to me.

No plans on shutting it down. Hopefully spruce it up a little, new carpets, drapes and reseed the lawn. Poof, instant gratification

Have them go with turf and not real grass....low maintenance
