My wrist is hurting so no racketball for me today. 3 days a week for 2 to 3 hrs each time is wearing down the old body. Gonna lay low for a week and let things heal(as in not be sore).

Set up a Sunnen hone early this AM and finished some bushings for king pin spindles... Finished four spindles/king pins in time to get to my real work at a decent time and now im wiped...
