Man, about 20 years ago, for 3 weeks straight I walked the streets of Santa Monica, around the civic center and the 3rd Street Promenade, looking for a Peter Criss imposter. The Enquirer was being sued by Criss because they ran a story about him being a homeless drunk running around the streets of Santa Monica. Have a couple customers with property on the Promenade. Ridiculous values. Apple was a game changer there.
