Really? Tell that to my ceiling that I stare at for hours. Lol. I think I should start sleeping better in a week or 2 after all my tests and doctor appointments are over with.

Good luck with your test. It makes sense that you're not sleeping well because of them...Hopefully once that's over your life can go back to normal.

Can you take Benadryl?

That is the active SLEEP ingredient in many of the PM pain relievers... and it seems to work wonders for me...
