Good luck...just fyi he is not really negotiable what you see online when you build your ring is what you get. I walked in with cash looking for a better deal and he said my prices are online. Check out Wilshire Coin in Santa Monica... They have all kinds of interesting things... They do have a eBAY store but to see the loose diamonds you would have to go in and see a jeweler, they do sell alot of Tiffany items...
