I feel bad. He was thrown into the starting QB position and obviously not prepared for it. I'm confused as to why they cut him in August 2014 and less than 3 months later Nov 2014, he's back. His track record has never been starting material. With Palmer and Stanton both injured...they must've been desperate. But, there has to be a better QB out there...is it finances?

Lindley was a Cards 6th round pick in 2012. He started 5 or 6 games for them before he was replaced as starter. He was still with team til this off season when they opted to keep a rookie over him as 3rd string. He came to Chargers and ended up on the practice team. When Stanton went down they preferred to resign him over playing the rook. Strange way to go about it all.

You're better off with a rookie who has played football in the last year vs the guy who's played 8 games in the last 3 seasons and has proven himself to be a fantastic interception thrower and never thrown a single touchdown in his professional career...did they expect a Christmas miracle? Very strange way to go about it.
Well that's a reflection of the offensive line...great team, but when your purpose is to protect the QB...then Protect the QB.
Have you seen the Broncos offensive line? Manning gets to practically lounge while they hold back the defense. Then leisurely throw the ball.

Makes it easier to throw a nice spiral if you dont have 300 pounders on your back.
Same with Rivers in the second half Saturday. Once they figured out to stop the rush he threw some pinpoint tosses.
I'm trying to logistically justify this. Parker 12/26 for what a night? drive to Vegas, fly to Greenbay for a couple nights, then back to Vegas for NYE, then back to Parker then back home. That's just waaaaaay too much work.
Go to Vegas watch the game at the sports book, party like a dahm fool New Years Eve, then drive home the two days later after you recover.
Fuggin Patriots have not paid their bill for the practice facilities they contracted for in San Diego. More than $13k is owed to UCSD that has sofar gone unpaid.
Fockin prima donnas.
