It's funny you say that, I often feel like a total asshole bc of this problem. For example, in 2012 I went to a week of training for work. I might have said 2 words to the guy sitting next to me. Otherwise I was either at the gym, working or in my hotel room. Nine months later I go back with the same group of people. This time I'm not in all work mode. So, I introduce myself to people. People I didn't talk to nine months ago and at least 75 percent of them said they already knew my name. A few acted like they knew me. But, I never talked to them. I guess I stick out like a sore thumb 😔 it's a curse.
