wellllllllllllllllllllll, it was all pre done by my neighbor... He carved off the chops/loin and shoulders off of three pigs and then carved/roasted the rest on a big all wood cooker... Then he finished it with sauce in electric roasters, i think he estimated 150lbs of pig that he roasted...

This was his third year for the neighborhood gathering, good times...
