Wellllllllllllllllllllll, it was all PRE done by my neighbor... He carved off the chops/loin and shoulders off of three pigs and then carved/roasted the rest on a big all wood cooker... THEN he finished it with sauce in electric roasters, I think he estimated 150lbs of pig that he roasted...
This was his third year for the neighborhood gathering, good times...![]()
