The attorney who made that comment sent me a 9 page meet and confer threatening to file a motion etc. Even said I hope you don't fix the deficiencies so I can take it in front of a judge. Well I got great pleasure it sending him a reply. I PMed it to you. You may get a kick out of it. I'm not typically a bitch to opposing counsel, but this guy earned it. Just bc I had him by the nuts doesn't mean he has to get bitchy. 😱
