It takes a talented person to not give a fuck. I wish I had that talent. I usually just let crap bother me forever.

I don't hold a grudge, I go from happy to psycho mad in 6 seconds and back to happy in 3 seconds. In my opinion, once I communicate what's bothering or upset me, that's all I can do and then I the give the person the benefit of the doubt and opportunity to stop what they're doing. Life isn't about conflict, it's about communication, but without communication you're only left with conflict. If I don't communicate about what's bothering me, I only have myself to blame for being upset. I only have myself to blame when it happens again.

I must say though, I get over things very quick but I have a limit. I call it my off switch and when I get to the point where I've given someone repeated opportunities, I finally just shut off. It's scary, almost like that person never existed in my life.

I'm not sure.
