No, me either. Just know they do quite a bit of ballooning in Havi during winter. That's why I asked, seems a little hot up there still.

I have in Del Mar and we ballooned (I'm not sure what the correct terminology is) over Rancho Santa Fe. Seeing those giant houses from that view was nice and a tad depressing. It was a great view. Very loud while the heat component is on and it's on and off regularly. If you're gonna purpose, your speech better be something like "the ring says it all" then read her lips carefully bc you're not likely to hear the response. Oh and don't throw the ring over board 😉 I wouldn't do it again, unless the view is what I'm going for.
