I really want to go back there someday. Is it as thuggish as I hear? It will have to be a boys trip. Won't take the family.

Honestly, maybe it was because it was still summer and a Saturday but there were a lot of families there. Granted, you have to walk through metal detectors to get in and there were security guards that got there around 5pm, we felt safe. Saw a few "thuggish" type of people but didn't experience anything bad. I think you would be safe taking the family. I would recommend going mid week though as the lines suck. But that's what I get for going on a sat. We just wanted to ride Colossus one last time.
