    BUT first you have to sell some stock and hold back some $$$ for your capital gains...

    That's not true at all. There are many reasons I haven't. That perfect boat hasn't come up yet and I'm not willing to settle. Not to mention there's not much water to boat on. On top of all that the boat budget increases the longer I wait.
