Planning a trip to Dallas in the MoHo next month. 2000/7=285 gallons $3.50 gallon is about a grand. Could fly much cheaper but I like camping at the tracks.

I'm pretty sure I don't get 10 MPG but 10 is a rounder number and optimism never hurts.

I'm a bit liberal with the rounding out with the motorhome, bank account, not so much.

My first roadtrip I somehow got 10mpg in my head. I was estimating the fuel cost would be somewhere about $1,200 as it was 3,000 miles. 7.3mpg doesn't sound that far off but 30% times the estimate and it was a decent penny off.
