    Lol, I made two batches, first one was a trial run. I'll never fry bacon again, unless maybe camping

    Only way to cook bacon! I like to cook about 4 pounds then put them in freezer, pull out a couple strips pop them in microwave for 40 seconds instant bacon sandwich. Also bring the bag to river makes cooking breakfast a snap with no mess to clean up.

    I love the bacon from staters you get at the meat counter, hard to beat.

    So I went to buy bacon tonight it's very expensive, so hey I'll try the meat counter on your suggestion, less expensive than prepackaged. OMG Becky, it's the bomb! No contest between the two.

    Hmm baking it. Do you leave it uncovered? If you do not, then does the grease get all over the inside of the oven?

    I only buy bacon from the butcher counter now...I couldn't believe how much better it was after trying it...1 lb is roughly 15 slices and from Albertsons it was only 4.99, at least thats what it was this weekend. Had it on burgers and it was BOMB!
