    Our guys start at like 5am, that's helps a lot but it still smoking hot by 3pm cause they're working 10-12hr days.

    I get to start at 5:30am, but we are working on newly poured concrete. Definitely warm for sure...ever picked up rebar at about 1 in the afternoon without gloves?
