Sad that a 25 percent increase happened. I wonder how they justify this type of number? I guess they don't have to. Just a big jump. Imagine if you had a business and raised prices that much at once. I guess there are not alot of other comparable alternatives. Supply and demand..

To make matters worse it's actually a 33.3% increase with the old price being 75% of the current........retail guys will recognize this as Mark-up vs. Margin 
Whatever it is, it's a pretty big bump!

Jerry at the booth there told me two weeks ago that their land lease jumped up more then 25% (I don't recall the exact percentage). He said they decided to keep it open with the increases. Sounded like they contemplated closing it.
