I thought everyone would notice the throttle blades aren't open all the way

It looks like a shop rag to me. At that speed it got supersonic sucked out of the boat. Kinda cool, but I'm sure the crew won't think so.

It's gotta be an access panel from the boat somewhere. It's the same color as the boat and a rag wouldn't be perfectly square like that.
