Ridged inflatable boat. RIB. Big in England and Australia. My guess is that it's Australia. English aren't big on Mexican food, the Aussies love the stuff.
I don't think you can get away with a wing extending outside the hull in offshore here.

Well apparently you could in 1995. That is the Buzzi Buzzard that won the world B class (Sportsmans B) in 1995 at the Key West Super Boat World Championships. The driver was from England and the throttle man was from Houston.

Maybe so. That probably wasn't a APBA offshore series. Even if it was, they don't allow that shit today. Drag boat and offshore org's might.
