Two separate pumps with two ports not shown. 1 will feed the motor and the other will feed the exhaust. I was at Kevin's shop yesterday for about 7 hours while he was machining and cad drawing on this thing. It's badass!

Nice! That's what I was thinking that it is two stacked pump's, that's a good way to get the required flow.

So the pump is basically the same as a Hardin, KE or a Latham 2 stage belt driven pump. It uses all the seals, o-rings, bearing, wear plates and impellers out of a mercury pump so the the parts will be available anywhere. The two main impeller bodies are the same as others. The end plate, mid section, shaft bearing housing, shaft and intermediate drive adapter are all different. It has 4 of the -16 port to hose adapapters, one pump will flow to the engines and coolers and the other for exhaust only.
I was going to run my v-105 neovane but after talking to several people about the CMI headers they need much more water flow than the neovane can provide. I was looking for a cam driven pump that had 2 stages and I wasn't able to find one so I ended up with this science project.

How does the water pump mount? Are you building a bracket so it can hang from the engine plate?

No, but I would be thinking if the very best timing chain you know if.
Not to make things any worse, but the lack of a damper isn't making the chain any happier either.
