Then I make my cabbage stuff. Use cabbage shredded for coleslaw and add the sauce above. Some more cilantro and avocado.

For the fish I use a white fish. Mahi Mahi, Cod, halibut, etc. Today it's Pacific Cod. I add some olive oil to the pan and fry it. Not deep fried though.
