Is that a stock picture? Seems like it is always the same angle with the same items on the bench lol JK.....Looking forward to the river pics...

First day back at the gym in a couple weeks. I'm pretty messed up from that softball incident. Shoulders are jacked. Might need to go a different direction in my workouts other than powerlifting.

I think that 24 has a Zumba class you can get into....lol
