No the new managers cancelled it said we are not allowed to party in the shed it is against the rules and regulations and a fire code hazard. I was threaded with eviction if we do the party.
It's easy to ask for forgiveness than permission. Did you ask?

Although the building wasn't intended for permanent occupancy, nothing in the code prevents people from gathering on a temporary basis. The only potential issue could be egress. If we use a pull through, it absolutely isn't an issue. If we use only one unit, we might need to put up a battery powered Emergency Exit sign and make sure the door does not get closed. Other that that, it shouldn't be a problem.
If we all converge on the Rec room, we will definitely exceed the maximum occupancy.
