Neither. Too damn cold to do anything but drink and eat :biggrin:
Boat show for a couple reasons:
1. Cold outside.
2. If I stay home, I'll be outside in the cold laying sod.
do you take that motorhome out??? I got me another new one....26' with a walk around bed...

I'm in the 170 range to build with 4 car garage 28'(2 car) and 50' deep.
Rock landscape is cheap :biggrin:

Retainer walls we're gonna wait til we do a small pool, estimates have ranged around 50-60.

The build make Jan anxious but it'll all turn out fine sooner or later. We usually drive past your place when we're in town but it seems we are on alternate schedules, like 10 days ago :biggrin:

I remember seeing your posts about your big southside lot, never really knew where it was exactly. Being that much acreage I figured it had to be more by donkey acres or the horse ranch region.
