I just cut more than half the calorie intake in my daily eating habits.
Prob went frm 2500/3000 cal to 1000/1300 calories a day.
It's tough in the beginning but when you get past the 'being hungry' all the time, you feel much better!
But the trick is that you need to eat healthy AND you NEED to eat every 2 to 3 hours. AND WATER is essential - approx 100oz a day is ideal, but you work your way up to that.
I believe on Saturday I drank 140+ ounces of water!!! Probably good cuz it stopped me frm drinking alcohol. ;(
I'm almost following the same meal plan guide-lines my personal trainer gave me 7 yrs ago. I was in great shape 1yr after our son was born.
