I'm just checking in on everyone!!
There was lots of tension around her over the last couple of days and just wanted to remind everyone that food is NOT the answer to stress.
Have a nice carrot or piece of celery.....it will make it all better :hilarious:
In all seriousness every day you stay true to your plan is one day closer to your goal......hang in there everyone!!!
Money over good food isn't a motivator for me lol. But I am dropping weight, just not as aggressively as I did last year.
I'm trying something a little different this time. If it works everyone will know and I'll have a good long term plan. Just not trying to radically change my lifestyle in the process. Changing your lifestyle can be a huge de-motivator.
I'm still motivated. I've been doing really well, just not sure I'm losing weight. But, I feel great.
