Are you watching anything other than calories.....like Carbs, Fat, sugar???
Sugars yes. And I don't eat much in the Carbs area becuz they make me crave bad sugar foods!!! Fat I haven't been paying attention to all that much. I just need to start some, any activity. ANY activity will help me continue to loose anywhere frm 2 to 4 lbs a week.

I'm not going to be able to weigh in today, no scale at home and I was in and out of the office all day. No worries though I'm certain I've gained weight LOL

I'm confident I'm a gainer. I kind of tried to eat right the past 5-6 days but it just didn't work out. Fish and Chips, Hot Pretzel Bites, Ahi Poke, Crab Cakes....and that was at restaurants. At the show it was chips and salsa, hotdogs, and beer. I did eat a turkey wrap Friday for lunch though :D
My oldest son Buzzz (Wannabe, here on the board) has lost 39 lbs since the first of January.
Well....we still have the majority of people still hanging in there with continued progress and commitment toward their weight loss goals.
We did not have official weigh-ins this week from HotBoat or Tishimself (2nd week) but everyone else continues to make progress.
The weeks big loser was Jersey Girl who continues on relentlessly toward her goal and who has lost more than 20 lbs since Thanksgiving.....Way to go:partyguy:.
Eli continues to lead the women with continued progress but Wendi is really hanging in there.....all the ladies in this challenge should be proud of your continued commitment......hang in there it is worth all the effort you are putting into it. :thumb:
Tishimself remains in a strong second place even though he hasn't posted in 2 weeks.......wonder if he's sandbagging us :headscratch:....only time will tell.
Hang in there everyone......it gets warmer each week and you are all getting slimmer (Except GRADS of course) with swimsuit weather in sight :D
