Funny, thats one of the ones I sent a note to the owner to see if they would be interested in a long term deal. The only issue with this one (like most of them) is no AC. And it does get hot here.Quote:

I think by Saturday the water is going to be rough. Low pressure system up north moving south and I think there is a hurricane brewing down south. I heard last Saturday was a very rough crossing.

Kim's boss just invited us for an all expense paid trip to Turks & Caicos for 10day in Aug....
I would hate to have to miss that just to go to Catalina lol
