Turkey day is pretty traditional, roasted and deep fried turkeys(both from Shelton's) shout out to my boy Brian the owner, a ham, usually a Kruze Smoked boneless from Hottingers and all the sides you could imagine. Dinner will consist of minimum of 35 people, Italian stuffed mushrooms, brussell sprouts with pancetta, yams, candied yams, Italian green beans, cranberry relish, Italian stuffing, mac n cheese, a huge salad, rolls, plenty of olives, pickles, veggie's and cheeses(app. platter crap) and of course some "Vegan Bullshit" for one of my pussy nephews(lol), and my two nieces. Pies of many flavors and a ton of "Vino", beers as well.
I love the holidays but nothing compares to our Traditional Italian Christmas eve dinner.
Of course I wake up Turkey day to bloodies and football all day, Go Cowboys!!
