In the suit that i am involved in they keep offering an amount so low it is crazy. They keep crying that they do not have any money. The good thing for me is my friend is an Atty so it is only costing me filing fees. :happy::happy:

The attorney who made that comment sent me a 9 page meet and confer threatening to file a motion etc. Even said I hope you don't fix the deficiencies so I can take it in front of a judge. Well I got great pleasure it sending him a reply. I PMed it to you. You may get a kick out of it. I'm not typically a bitch to opposing counsel, but this guy earned it. Just bc I had him by the nuts doesn't mean he has to get bitchy. 😱
