So while I can see that you guys are having fun here I just want to send my encouragement along to the folks that are really trying to get back in shape for swimsuit season and the weekend is upon us!!
With this in mind I encourage you all to think about where you are going and what you are trying to accomplish. Stay strong and you WILL get there!! You really only have one more week to go to get to 21 days on your plan......and remember that human nature is that things become habits after 21 days.........so hang in there and be strong for YOURSELF and don't worry about the shit the saboteurs are throwing against the fan :thumb:

I'm doing my part. I didn't post pics of lunch. Well not because I didn't want to, but I thought it would be tacky to snap pics of a petite fillet in front of the VP of my bank. And I also didn't post pics of dinner. Pizza and beer. But only because I couldn't find my phone. I'm sure a couple of meals will show up here this weekend as I prepare for the Monday weight in LOL

Dropped 5-lbs the first week but I'm still there after the 2nd week. Argggg! Very frustrating, but then I know I haven't been sticking to my guns this second week. I have to stay away from liquor - as my momma always said, 'liquor's the debil!!' :AngryFinger_7WSKJO:

Honestly, this whole weight challenge sucks. I hate watching what I eat even though I'm not necessarily eating healthier, just smaller portions of crap. :D I know I should but eating healthier just annoys me. Healthy food does not fill one up the way the good stuff like a Beefy 5 Layer Burrito from Taco Bell does.
Monday should be a decent weigh in. Since it's a bank holiday, I'll weigh in after the gym in the morning and after I hit the sauna. I was thinking of saving that weigh in until the last but after this week, I may need to use that card now!
Does anyone lose a few pounds sleeping? I'm always lighter first thing in the morning, and I've noticed longer sleep yields more.
