Sleep is overrated. Don't do it. You can get all the sleep you'll ever need when you're dead.
To have a bit less grogginess than Meletonin try Valarien Root. Its another herb to help relax your thoughts.
From my POS T-mobile thingie
For those of you that have constant sleeping problems be careful because Sleep Apnea has all kinds of symptoms that you would never think would be related to Sleep Apnea.
Every great once in a while, like 2-3 times a year if I am worried that I won't sleep sound enough I take a Tylenol PM with the benedryl stuff in it.
OUT like a light ! ! !
The 25 mgs of diphenhydramine put me right too sleep.
There was some Advil PM that had 37 mgs and that was too much, still groggy in the morning.
25 just right :)
Nyquil, zzzzzzzzzzzzz
Well I slept through the night maybe woke up for a quick second, but that pill helped.
Tylenol P.M. has always worked for me, and no drowsiness in the morning.
You guys should really try ambien. It's not your typical sleeping pill. It helps you fall asleep but you still wake up occasionally the only difference is when you wake up in the middle of the night it keeps your mind from racing....kind of shuts your mind off and allows you to fall right back to sleep. Wash it down with a bottle of wine for extra strength. ;)
Roofie..................just kidding.
No, prescription only. Every once in awhile I'll have friends ask me to try one...they are usually at their doctor asking for a prescription the next day. :)
If you are a "type A" person that can't get your mind to shut off once you wake up in the middle of the night, it is the ticket.
Slept perfect last night yeah!!
