    Wendi, these are what I use from Costco.
    I don't think there in any way addictive, I'm just reliant bc I hate waking up 2 hrs bf alarm goes off.

    To have a bit less grogginess than Meletonin try Valarien Root. Its another herb to help relax your thoughts.

    For those of you that have constant sleeping problems be careful because Sleep Apnea has all kinds of symptoms that you would never think would be related to Sleep Apnea.

    Every great once in a while, like 2-3 times a year if I am worried that I won't sleep sound enough I take a Tylenol PM with the benedryl stuff in it.
    OUT like a light ! ! !
    The 25 mgs of diphenhydramine put me right too sleep.
    There was some Advil PM that had 37 mgs and that was too much, still groggy in the morning.
    25 just right

    Well I slept through the night maybe woke up for a quick second, but that pill helped.
