Thanks for your interest , its been unseasonably busy (were happy about this) so we didn't make much progress till today heres some pics , I built a wire harness for the hull and the motor today, and we finished the mock up on the little jet and engine did some "body work" to patch the outboard "holes" should be ready for the wet test very soon Tom

Looks great Tom, curious though how come you didn't just use a plug instead of a junction block?, my OMC has a plug to separate the harness, be quicker to just pop the plug on disassembly I would think?..

Good question I'm "saver" we throw away very little ,we part out a few boats from time to time and alot of parts and pieces are gleened from that process , even bolts nuts washers and fittings etc. In keeping with the budget on this the entire wire harness for this mini came from a Southwind that had unrepairable hull damage and also The wire "block" is kind of traditional on jets A few boats like Miller actually used to rig with the plug you described Tom
Some updated photos from today , more to come tommorow, The jet intake is thru bolted and blended The motor plates are coated and reinstalled , all is re fitted and we will finish install the jet Saturday

What, no Zoomie, LOL...:chuncky:
Funny cause we have to constanlty resist the urge to Hot rod this boat and keep focused on the "mission" , Spent hours today with a customer today who's building 14' Alloy boats similar in size and HP , He was motivated and inspired by the NZ jet dinghy crowd who have taken these little boats to a different level

Yeah, that's gotta be a challenge, LOL... Those are quite the boats, looks like a kids version of these bad boys, love to take one of em for a ride..

Cool Vid GFR , have sat and watched these Crazy Vids , looks like more fun than a Malibu Grand Prix !
Found some time to spend on the mini this past week , finally hooked up the Uni-Pipe (exaust) and Josh created a "plug" billet device to fill the guage hole after the helm switch , also getting ready to install the jet trim and steering
