Where you working out at? There are so many places around here (Boot Camp, Cardio House, 24 hour etc..), been wondering which ones are good.

I bought the groupon for 10 classes at the cardio house 36.00. I like it however they just increased their monthly fee from 65.00 to 85.00. A lot of people are leaving i guess too expensive. You should buy it and join with me! After that I'm going to do the 6 week unlimited boot camp at fit body boot camp another groupon!

I can barely move today! Every muscle in my body is sore!

Drink lots of water. Keep moving to keep the muscles from tightening. It will help.

Your body is just retaining water. Don't get discouraged. When your muscles are sore your body retains more water. Drink more water and it will flush out. Trust me I'm the queen of water weight crap!

I would do the opposite of what Eli says. Lay in bed as still as possible and don't move. Let your muscles work through it by not working them.
