How much and what is the space rent there now?

2 years ago I came so close to pulling the trigger on one just South from yours. They sold it 1-2 days before I arrived. Very nice park and great location. Good luck with the sale.

Space rent is $450 it is a lot and a half.Also has 60 foot beach in front designated to the space .

I have been a guest there a couple of times,, besides having the nice designated beach,, there are a bunch of "extra's" that have been done. The extra half space is an open area between the next home. Should be a great deal for someone, may have to PM for sales price and more details to understand exactly how good it really is.
