Me getting a ski lesson on doubles (One look at the boat and it's easy to understand why I still love engines and boats). My brother sitting on the deck of the boat, my dad in the orange life jacket helping me in the water.

Really good question, considering how close we are to the shore, and how narrow that appears.

Sweet piece of history there. We have a place at Riverland aka Kinders Camp. Cool to see what wasn't there back then. :3:

Ahhh. The Strip in the 60's. Brings back memories. We camped at Blue Water also. It's changed too. Ski the Colorado south of Bullhead City now.

41979 1972, My younger sister Sheryl, approximately 18 years old, at Parker. Both my older brother and younger sister were always better skiiers than me, I liked driving more anyway. We used to go out skiing early in the morning for hours, and when Dad would come down to the docks, he would always acuse us of leaving the fuel tanks empty for him.

4198941990 Around 5 or 6 o'clock in the evening, you were either out racing, or it was cocktail hour...no more driving. A hollowed out watermelon held all manor of booze. Lisa and Tony are caught mixing a lethal dose. Margaritas and Harvey Wallbangers were our parent's and their friends choices. Everyone was young and healthy, no piercings, no tats,( well, I had one ), no attitudes, no problems. Thanks Mom and Dad, for those vacations....
