Based on the success in 2018, the Division IV (Grand National) race teams that are participating in the "pledge" agreement, please see the information below.


The 2019 Division IV Grand National "Pledge Agreement' Official Rules:

To all DIV. IV GN Race Teams participating in the 2019 Blue Water Resort & Casino Parker Enduro Presented by Nick Rose Insurance "Pledge" Agreement: This "agreement" pertains only to the Div IV Grand National Teams committing to this "pledge" agreement for the 2019 Blue Water Resort & Casino Parker Enduro Presented by Nick Rose Insurance on October 26th, 2019.

The GN "pledge" team that has committed to the "pledge" agreement and finishes the highest over the other teams in Division IV that are a part of this "pledge" agreement at the conclusion of the 2019 Enduro will be considered the winner of the "pledge" agreement and retain 90% of the "pledges" that have been retained for purposes of this agreement.



For 2019, the "pledge" is $5,000 per team. Payout will be as follows: 90% of the total "pledge" received by race date (Saturday, October 26th) will be paid to winner of this "pledge" agreement, the remaining 10% of the total "pledge" will go to a charity (tbd).



Teams that have already committed (see list below) must send their "pledge" in the form of a check, money order or cashiers check payable to "Cash" and mail to KRA (Mike Stock) 2990 Wise Way, Boise, ID 83716

If bringing cash, please call (208) 841-6980 to make arrangements no later than Friday, September 13th.

Once monies are received they are considered property of the event until disbursed on Saturday evening at the awards ceremony after the race.

If a team "withdraw's" for any reason prior to the race day, October 26th, $4,000 of the monies initially paid will be refunded and $1,000 of the monies will be kept by the event.

Note: Please do NOT commit until you are 100% ready to commit as no team that has committed will be allowed to "opt out" without losing $1,000 of their "pledge!"



Important Dates:

The "pledge" is $5,000 begins May 30th, 2019 until Friday, September 13th. If a team "withdraws" for any reason prior to the race day.

October 26th, $4,000 of the "pledge" is refunded and $1,000 of the monies will be kept by the event.

The "pledge" amount increases to $6,000 after Friday, September 13th to Tuesday, October 1st to take part of the "pledge" agreement.

If a team "withdraws" for any reason prior to the race day, October 26th that bought in between September 14th and October 1st, $4,000 of the monies initially paid will be refunded and $2,000 of the monies will be kept by the event.

The "pledge" amount increases again from Wednesday, October 2nd to race day, October 26th to $7,000 to take part in the "pledge" agreement. If a team "withdraws" for any reason prior to the race day, October 26th that bought in between October 3rd and October 26th, $4,000 of the monies initially paid will be refunded and $3,000 of the monies will be kept by the event.

All teams participating in the "pledge" must also send in their registration form and entry fee's to RPM RACING at the time of sending in their "pledge."

SCSC Grand National Technical Racing Rules will apply for this event and "pledge" agreement.

A complete inspection and tear down will be done immediately following the race's conclusion on Saturday. If the "winner" of the "pledge" agreement is found to be in violation of any of the technical rules during the inspection process that team will immediately be disqualified from the "pledge" agreement and from the 2019 Enduro and the next Team in line will be up for inspection. The process will be continue until a team successfully passes inspection and a "winner" is declared by the Inspector and the race Referee & Race Director. Driver's and Co-Driver's may NOT be signed up on multiple Div. IV GN race teams. Driver's and Co-Driver's may only sign up and race under one team in the DIV. IV GN "pledge" agreement.

The "pledge" will be given to the winner at the awards ceremony on Saturday evening after the event.
