New to me poon

A month ago yesterday my girl and i were involved in a pretty bad accident in my old toon. Though we both suffered pretty serious injuries I am grateful because it could have been so much worse.

Thankfully we will both, in time, fully recover.

My boat on the other hand was a total loss.

My thoughts over the past four weeks ranged from: I’ll never boat again to: When the insurance pays me, whenever that might be, maybe I’ll look around and see what’s out there.

About a week ago my buddy sends me a link to a beautiful Playcraft very similar to my old boat. Turns out this boat is being brokered by Maxed Out Marine in Havasu. So i contact my good friend Paul who tells me the boat is still available and it’s immaculate.

So yesterday i head to Havi to take a look. Paul’s right, this boat is super clean.

Today i test drive it and it’s a done deal.

Thanks to my buddy Scot and Paul this baby is now in my garage
