gotta get this remodel done for Sue, then I'm building another house in Havasu, might be a spec house with owner financing...or I might move into it and sell the cowboy house, owner financing.. I have some property paying off and I need to re-invest the funds..I've been pretty lucky in havasu,only had one bad deal where I had to take the property back,... but it was a mobile home so go figure...

Well, The cabinets showed up, right on time, I have nothing but good to say about John @ Stutler cabinets in kingman, always on time, good prices for quality cabinets, and never a problem with his install...they're gonna start setting them today....
