    Imco Fuel Valves

Had some trouble with the boat yesterday. Wasn't building fuel pressure. So I kept flipping the valve back and forth and I got pressure so I ran the boat and it seems fine now.

Talking to a buddy and he's been having the same issue. So they bypassed the switch and he's good now too.

It's 12yrs old. Time for a new one or?

I would have to study the valve design BUT, you may wanna replace it if its not toooo spendy and then slowly disect it to see what went wrong inside...

IF you find goooo OR corrosion from alcohol OR degraded rubber parts resulting from the alcohol in your gasoline it may merit other preventative measures to protect your fuel system...

    Just a thought...
