No new builds... Just the same ones I have been working on for the last 20 years BUT haven't managed to finish...
OH, new titanium hips in 2016...
AND we are 110% out of California except for one last state tax return...
This is the new dig, 1/2 of what the Lakewood house cost, and 3x the house...

Dang 2manymustangs, that is a bad ass house. Glad you got out of Comifornia. I still have 2 kiddos in school so I am a little ways out. Hope the new hips are working out for ya.
