I would like to go on record and say THANK YOU to the great people of California, for a HUGE outpouring of support AGAINST the establishment...
Outspoken, strong, I know that there was a HUGE outpouring of support that made a HUGE difference in the election...
I don't consider California a "write off" or "blue state", I know too many great and hard working/honest/caring/patriotic peeps there...
It's unfortunate that a state with THAT MUCH RED (look at the results by county) can go in the BLUE column with ONLY the densely populated METRO areas deciding for the rest of the state...
I can identify with the aforementioned results by virtue of our local races/voting topics in MISSOURI which are being decided by just two or three metro areas where the residents tow the line for the "establishment/status quo"... End result are some special interest/sports venue/TIF/ideology are shoved down the throats of the whole state, to satisfy the appetite of a very small geographic/demographic...
