    Too much water pressure !

I'm having issues with excessive water pressure . I recently replace my complete exhaust systems with EMI Thunders ,Aluminum manifolds and SS long risers . My raw water pressures are now pegging the gauges at over 35psi ! It has blown the hose off the circulator pump ! Has anyone seen this and what can I do to correct the problem ?

29' Scarab with 2/350 Mags Bravo XP spinning 23s Hydr steering, bought it new in01 , my 2nd new 29' Scarab. replaced manifolds and risers due to age (cracking). just got it back in the water and pressures are pegging the gauges at over 35 psi ! Was running @28 w/ stock mans and risers . Not sure what to do to correct the problem ? Is there a by-pass or dump valve I can install ? or can I cut the outlet ports in the risers a bit larger ? Any suggestions ??

Almost sounds like you have a restriction somewhere.
