Ok, soooo I've been sick in bed since last Wednesday while Chris and worked all weekend to get the trailer finished, primed and painted. Good news is it's done. They also picked up the last of hardware from anodize so we can put the boat together and float it and put it on the new trailer.

Not trying to hijack the thread, awesome project BTW.
But, I have a question. What's with the small trailers with the inset small wheels/tires? Is that so you can put it into an enclosed hauler instead of a typical boat trailer? Or is it to facilitate easier launches/recoveries at events?

Leak test went good, not one leak, and the boat fit on the new trailer perfect, my dad is working on the engine right now, so hopefully on a few weeks it will be ready to drop on
