At what age did you start "Feeling" old???

    Im talking physically, not mentally....

The past year or so, I feel like my joints have been on a down hill slide...
I play racquet ball and my knees hurt for a day or so
I jog, and my knee hurts for a couple days....
I sleep a certain way, and I wake up with a stiff back
I have this wicked tennis/gold elbow I have been trying to get rid of.

I feel most of this is from being active but, hell, its just making me feel like I am falling apart and I am only 31

I think a lot of it was being obese as a kid and playing sports but injuries always seemed to heal faster back then....

Anyhow, at what age did everyone else feel like they are old.....

By the way, I still think I can party like I'm 21 haha

I've had hip pain for decades literally... Popping/shooting pain...

ABout four years ago I started really paying attention and having my Ortho Dr. start checking...

I have had blood draws/MRI/xrays from every view/angle...

Ultimately the hip specialists have told me that my hips are GONE and that I need full replacements... I was told that at 50...

I bike and do low/no impact excercise/cardio (when I get to exercise)... Stair climber/bike ONLY for me, I won't run anymore...

My football injuries as running back are coming to roost (shoulders/fingers/elbows/knees/hips/feet)... My weight and diet are a HUGE factor to how good I feel, sugar/starchy carbs seem to be a major factor for inflammation...

At 17 I had a major knee injury and it completely halted any aspirations of pro sports.
That slowed me down but didn't stop me.
At 50 I blew out the other knee, so now I have two blown up knees. Slowed me for a month but then I just got back on the horse.

I play racketball with leg braces on 3 times a week and get worked over by a personal trainer once a week. I still think young but my body tells me otherwise when I first get going each day.

I have had a bad knee (cheerleading injury) and bad back (cheerleading injury) since high school. So, I still feel like I'm in high school.

I don't remember. Ha! I actually had a wicked go round with arthritis when I was 19. Ended up at Mayo and all they could do was rule out what it wasn't, which was all of the bad ones, like rhuematoid. It flares up on occasion, but on the bright side I've had a handicap parking sign for over 20 years now.
