Physical therapy. Mri soon. . I used to bounce right back from injuries. Not this one. This is definitely the oldest I have ever felt.

OMG! That sucks! What did you do? I tore muscles in my lower back when I was 20 and I couldn't move for a over a month. My muscles felt like they locked up. But, I didn't hear any pop. Do you know what the pop was from?
