Some may know, most do not, but in January we sold our big house in Southwest Florida (SWF) and bought a new place back at LOTO, well that's all done and the remodel I did at the new place at LOTO has been completed.
Thank goodness this place doesn't need any remodeling, I'm tired of working on houses.
Now it's time to go back down and get another place in SWF for the Winter, if you guys don't know Winters suck in the mid-west, anyway we submitted a contract on a place yesterday and it was accepted today, here's the low down on the new pad;
SW Cape Coral, Florida
3 bd 2 bth
1800 sq ft condo
vaulted with 10' ceilings
elevator
granite counter tops
ceramic tile
all new and remodeled
with a garage
Close in a month
We'll be doing the snowbird gig, 6 months in SWF and 6 months at LOTO, anyone getting close to either area should give us a shout, here's a few pics.

Nice buddy!!! Looks like if we ever come out that way we'll stop by. Lol.. Then again our boat race in Burley is the farthest I've been from CA in my lifetime.
